1. Return Period
Under Australian Consumer Law, you have rights regarding faulty products. For change of mind returns, you have the right to return products purchased from us within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason, provided the product is unopened and in its original condition. The return period starts from the day you receive the goods.
If a product is faulty, not as described, or does not meet consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund regardless of the 14-day period.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unopened and in its original packaging
- In the same condition as when you received it
- Returned within the 14-day return period
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
3. How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at writetous@shefrealquomlare.world with your order details. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number. Please include this number with your return shipment.
4. Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of returning the product unless the product is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
6. Refund Amount
We will refund the purchase price of the product. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Products without proof of purchase
- Products returned after the 14-day return period
- Customized or personalized products
8. Defective Products and Australian Consumer Law
Under Australian Consumer Law, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. If you receive a defective, damaged, or faulty product, or if the product does not meet consumer guarantees (for example, it is not of acceptable quality, not fit for purpose, or does not match the description), please contact us immediately.
We will arrange for a repair, replacement, or full refund as appropriate, including return shipping costs. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are in addition to any other rights you may have under these terms.

9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days after approval, please check your bank account again and contact your payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us at writetous@shefrealquomlare.world.
10. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
